What is an unhealthy lifestyle?

Malnutrition, unhealthy diet, smoking, alcohol consumption, drug abuse, stress, and so on, are the presentations of the unhealthy lifestyle that they are used as the dominant form of lifestyle. The consequences of an unhealthy lifestyle can cause several healths diseases, for example, heart diseases, diabetes, overweight, depression, etc.

Many people in modern society live an unhealthy lifestyle. That fact is no longer in doubt. What is still not clear is the amount of damage such lifestyles have on an individual, on his or her immediate family, and on the rest of society.

Many people have a wrong definition of an unhealthy lifestyle, which people think it means bad food habit and related to fitness which is a part is true but not exactly. Living an unhealthy lifestyle means bad habit, for example; poor management of your time that cause stress or anxiety, using drugs, vandalism, procrastinating, bad alimentation, no exercise and all the negative things in your life.

We are going to focus on the health part which includes fitness and bad alimentation. Eating junk food every day causes overweight and a poor alimentation habit that can lead to health problems.

An unhealthy fitness lifestyle is not exercising, no walking, or practice sports. According to the website Atxwoman, they said that only 2.7 percent of people in the United States live a healthy lifestyle, which is a very low percentage. That means that 97.3 percent of people in the U.S. live an unhealthy life.

Living an unhealthy life sometimes is good, for a short period of time, but in the long run, it will eventually cause death. To live a healthy life is very hard, it needs a lot of dedication and a lot of perseverance to change your life. Now, knowing this information, to live a healthy or unhealthy lifestyle, the choice is yours.
